Eszter Szedmák (Hungary, 1996)

at the age of 10, she started piano lessons with Mónika Kürtösi in Kalász. Two years later she followed organ lessons with Tamás Zászkaliczky. From 2011 she studied piano, organ and harpsichord at the Béla Bartók Conservatory in Budapest with Lilla Szathmáry, Balázs Szabó, Gábor Eckhardt and others. She is currently studying organ and harpsichord at the University of Music Franz Liszt in Weimar with Silvius von Kessel, Martin Sturm and Bernhard Klapprott. She has participated in many competitions and won, among others, the International Organ Competition Herford in 2016. Masterclasses she took with Olivier Latry, Martin Schmeding, Masaaki Suzuki, Bob van Asperen and Miklós Spányi, among others.
